The atittude of being a leader.......

There are so many people who aim to become a leader maybe in the Government,N Go's,School's and church's.
But the question is what are the qualification of being a leader?
According to the holly scripture, the bible say's if anyone who had a desire to become a leader, he or she should follow the various qualification of being a good leader...
The leader's must be blameless,The husband of one wife,temper and sober minded. In addition,he has a good behavior he is also a hospitable and able to teach. However, leader also not given to wine,not violent and not greedy for money but gentle not quarrelsome and not contentious.
Actually ,the leader also has a capacity to rule his own family, having his children submit with all his reverence.Therefor,the leader doesn't now how to rule his own house who will be to take care of the church of God as well as in any institutions......Hence, i highly believed that there is no successful leader if without the guidance of our lord Jesus, if  the one leader follow and appreciate  the command of our God written in the holly scripture,I assuredly I say that he will  be a successful ruler..........

The just judgment of king Solomon.....

How lucky are the man given by God a wisdom of administering   justice.....
Now open your mind and examine if what are the importance of king Salomon's judgment....in book of 1-king Chapter 3:16-28 the case of two mothers resided in one house they approached  king Solomon to settle their problem.
long time ago there's a two women who were harlots to come to the king,and stood before him.And one women said oh my Lord,this woman and I dwell in the same house : and I give birth while she was in the house.Then it happened 'the third day after I given,that this women also gave birth .and we were together ; on one with us on the house,except the two of us in the house."and this woman's son died in the night ,because she lay on him, so she arose in the middle of the night and took my son from my side,while your maidservant slept,and laid him in her bosom,and laid her dad child in my bosom" and when I arose in the morning to nurse my son "there he was dead .But when I had examined him  in the morning indeed,he was not my son whom I had borne" then the other women said "no! But the living one is my son and the dead one is your son" and the first women said " No the dead son is your son but the living son is my son"Thus they spoke before the king.And the king said "this is my son,who lives,and your son is dead one;and the other say's no but your son is dead one my son is living one.The the king said bring me a sword" so that brought the sword before the king."And the said divide the living child in to two,and given half to one and half to the other"then the woman whose son was living spoke to the king,for she yearned with compassion for her son; and she said"oh my lord give her a living child,and by no means kill him!" But the other said"let him be neither mine nor yours ,But divide him"S the king answered and said,"give the first woman the living child and by no means kill him; she is his mother" However, and all Israel heard  of the judgment which the king had rendered and they feared the king ,for they saw the wisdom of God was in him to administer justice.....

PAANO MO MASABING SARIWA ANG TUBIG?

Sa aking pagtatanong sa aking mga kaibigan at kakilala,masasabing sariwa daw ang tubig kong ito'y malinaw,malinis,tabang at ito'y natural, walang halong chemical at sa iba din na man ay may nagsabing,kong ito daw ay nasala sa mga bato at malayo sa mga residential area at mga plantation at hindi contaminated at dagdag pa dito kong ito raw ay hindi nakalagay sa katulad ng sumusunod gallon,bottle,drum and ect....Ngunit para sa akin ang fresh water ay makikita at matitikman mismo sa pinag-tuboran ng tubig, at katulad rin ng kanilang sinasabi kong ang source ng tubig ay malayo sa residential area and plantation.....Nako comment na kaibigan o ibahagi kong ano para sa iyo ang fresh water ?.....!

MAY ILOG PA KAYANG LALANGUYAN ANG MGA SUSUNOD NA HENERASYON?

Kay sarap lumangoy sa ilog ngunit nakapagtataka bakit makati at pagkatapos kong maligo natutuyo ang balat ko?...... Ano kaya ang dahilan,masasabi ba nating lubhang marumi na ang mga ilog, na ating nilalangoyan sa panahon ngaun,ano ang masasabi mo kaibigan?

Sya na kaya?

Kahit na siguro sabihin mong sya na kong di s'ya ang tinakda ng Diyos,na makasama mo habang buhay maaring mawala  s'ya sa di inaasahang pagkakataon. Kaya mahirap talgang magmahal dahil may kasabihang may mga taong  daraan lang sila upang pasayahin ka pagkatapos n'yon ay maglaho nalang nang di namamalayan.....Ang tanging magawa lamang ng sino mang nagmahal ay dapat pahalagahan ang taong minamahal habang ito'y nasa piling mo pa.Dahil kong kayo man ay magkakalayo, di ka maghihinayang,sapagkat ginawa mo naman ang tungkulin mong mahalin sya,alagaan at pakaiingatan na higit sa mga mahahalagang bagay.........tama ba ? ano ang masasabi mo at nagawa mo nah bang pahalagahan ang mga mahal mo sa buhay kaibigan?Sanay kapupulotan n'yo ng konteng aral ang nabasa n'yong mensahe..............
